Return & Exchange
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase then we are here to resolve your issue. We will be delighted to exchange any item returned in a saleable condition, with its receipt and original packing. Please note that due to your laptop screen settings and photographic lighting, the product color may vary. Moreover, all fabric pieces or patches included in the product are mentioned in the product description on the website. We will only be accepting those products for exchange/return that either have manufacturing issues and the delivery of the wrong items.
No extra amount will be charged for the exchange of the same article, however exchange will entirely be dependent on the availability of the article. Exchange with a different article is also possible but the additional cost of the exchange article will be paid by the customer.
- For international orders, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty.
- For products on Sale, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order.
- Exchange Policy is only liable within 7 days after the goods are delivered.
Refund:
Zainab Zari House does not offer a refund policy once the order is processed. However, you are eligible for an exchange if we have delivered a wrong item to you or the one you received is faulty or damaged. In such a case, you can contact our customer services center by emailing us at contact@zainabzari.pk or can call us at (+92) 324-7000289 along with your order number for our customer care representative to schedule the right one for you.
Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. After the shipment of your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number against your order.
Zainab Zari House reserves this right of cancelling your order for the reasons including, unavailability of stock, declined in payment or the inaccuracy of pricing.
