Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed through a phone call before dispatch. Please make sure you provide an active and reachable phone number while placing your order.

Once your order has been confirmed over the phone and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Delivery Time

Unstitched Orders:
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after order confirmation.

Stitched Orders:
Delivery usually takes 7–9 working days after order confirmation, as additional time is required for stitching and preparation.

Delivery times may occasionally vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Important Note

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct at the time of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address or cancellation may not be possible.
