Product Information

We strive to display product colors, embroidery, and fabric details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

Custom Stitching Service

We offer custom size stitching on selected articles according to the measurements provided by the customer.

* Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements at the time of order.
* Once a stitched order has been processed, changes to size, design details, or measurements may not be possible.
* Due to the personalized nature of custom stitching, stitched articles are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item being delivered.

Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed through a phone call before dispatch. Please provide an active contact number to avoid delays.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Custom stitched orders cannot be cancelled once stitching work has started.

Delivery Time

* Unstitched Orders: 3–5 working days
* Stitched Orders: 7–9 working days

Delivery times may vary due to courier services, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

Unstitched products may be eligible for exchange only in cases of:

* Manufacturing defects
* Wrong item received

Claims regarding defects or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

Intellectual Property

All images, designs, logos, content, and product descriptions displayed on the website are the property of Zainab Zari House and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Changes to Terms

Zainab Zari House reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
