• Free shipping on all orders nationwide.
• Unstitched orders: delivered in 3–5 working days after order confirmation.
• Stitched orders: delivered in 7–9 working days, as extra time is needed for stitching and finishing.
• Every order is confirmed by phone call before dispatch, so please share an active, reachable number.
• Advance payment is required for all stitched orders.
• Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the delivery address cannot be changed.
• Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier delays, public holidays or weather.

• Exchange within 7 days of your order being delivered.
• Items must be returned in saleable condition, with the receipt and original packaging.
• Exchange for the same article is free of charge, subject to availability. You can also exchange for a different article by paying any price difference.
• Sale items and international orders are exchanged only if we delivered a wrong or faulty item.
• Custom-stitched articles can only be exchanged in case of a manufacturing defect or wrong item.
• We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed.
