Shoulder: across the back, from one shoulder point to the other.
Chest / Hip / Waist: lay the garment flat and measure straight across (half measurement).
Daman: straight across the bottom hem of the shirt, laid flat.
Sleeve: from the shoulder seam down to the wrist.
Trouser Length: from the waistband down to the ankle.

Tip: measure a well-fitting outfit you already own and pick the closest size.
